ME

Experience across the full spectrum from listed corporates to start-up businesses. I have 30 years’ experience in the corporate world as a Financial Director (CFO) in divisions of large groups listed on the South African Stock Exchange and 20 years running and setting up my own small businesses — 15 years’ thereof in the residential property industry doing financial structuring of distressed properties as well as traditional property sales.

My experience include financial and cash flow management, financial modelling and forecasting/budgeting, warehousing, logistics and distribution, legal, taxation, statutory, strategic management, staff management, human resources, information technology, franchising, marketing, and digital marketing, and anything to do with residential properties — I also hold the Master Practitioner in Real Estate qualification (MPRE).

My core values and principles are Christian based with trust, honesty and integrity being the cornerstone of my belief and I work incredibly hard and hold myself to high ethical standards to ensure that my clients come first.

 

I have gained invaluable experience over the years and am ready to pass this knowledge on to aspiring and passionate entrepreneurs by being a sounding board and a mentor to help you establish, manage, and grow your own successful business. By using the lessons, I have learned along the way and practising Biblical principles, you can have your own personal CFO-on-call and thereby taking your business to the next level — in an easy to understand and affordable way!
